Where We Ship

TheStilwellHouse.com offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. TheStilwellHouse strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

TheStilwellHouse  has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Order Processing: We are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Keep in mind that our hand-painted items require special attention and may take up to 2 weeks for completion and shipment. Additionally, preordered items may take up to 28 days to ship. We will make every effort to notify you of any presale items. consider two separate transactions if you don’t want your items delayed should there be  aprésale item in your order.We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order to you as quickly as we can! 

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at ChicaTiza@theStilwellHouse.com

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders please let us know right away if your item is damaged. Be sure to send us images of your package and item, whenever possible do not take out of the packaging (vacuum seal) and contact us for return when appropriate, certain items cannot be returned but we’d like the opportunity to make it right. We simply ask for the courtesy of an email or call to find the best solution.
