To Decoupage:
Apply the dry paper directly to a clean, prepared surface. We recommend not misting your sheet — this paper is designed for dry application.
- Paint your surface as desired (white or light backgrounds will allow the colors to shine).
- Apply a very generous layer of decoupage medium.
- Lay your dry sheet into the wet surface.
- Gently outward from the center using soft plastic wrap or a flat brush.
- If desired, gently brush a single top coat while wet — allow to dry completely before sealing further.
